Professional chefs needed for luxury chalets in world class ski resort Ski Verbier is looking for talented chefs to come and join our team of young professional chalet staff for Winter 2010-11. You will run one of our chalets in conjunction with a Chalet Host and will provide beautifully cooked and presented meals for between 8 and 12 guests. A Ski Verbier Chef serves a cooked breakfast, homemade afternoon tea, canapés and a four-course evening meal for 6 days of the week. Working hours generally run from 07.30-11.00 and 17.00-22.30. Ski Verbier's excellent reputation has been built on its exceptional cuisine and high quality service. If you are a creative, passionate and dedicated chef, we would like to hear from you. Recommended qualifications/experience for applicants include: · Recognised catering qualification or diploma (min 12 months) or at least 3 years catering experience to high standard · Stock control and budgeting experience · Basic food hygiene certificate Package includes competitive salary, full area seasonal lift pass, accommodation, ski/snowboard rental, personal food budget, insurance and return flights to Geneva. |
