Scope - To manage his/her team in order to provide the brochure promise to each customer, whilst maintaining a successful, profitable Club Hotel. The Hotel Manager will endeavour to train, develop and motivate the Club Hotel team, whilst maximising performance, aid retention and reduce turnover.

Accountable for the delivery of the performance management process in line with Company procedures.

Lead and inspire individuals to develop a highly motivated, committed team.

Ensure team receive, understand & adhere to all company policies & procedures.

A substantial and proven background in Hotel management

Knowledge and understanding of sales strategies & business development

Using initiative to develop incremental sales & increase profitability

Previous and relevant Customer Service experience

Knowledge of and/or experience of sales and negotiation skills

Understanding of the "Package Holiday" concept and the Tour Operating industry
