Guest Service Managers

Each Neilson BeachPlus hotel is chosen primarily for its charm, range of facilities, location and suitability for activities. It’s our experienced management teams that are the driving force behind our hotels and whose responsibility it is to maintain the exceptional quality expected from a BeachPlus holiday.

As a Guest Service Manager you’ll assist the General Manager through planning, direction and supervision to ensure the service and financial objectives of the hotel are achieved and improved upon for the benefit of the guests and employees. You’ll have direct responsibility for the reception, spa and entertainment functions within the hotel and through the adoption of a ‘hands on’ approach ensure the above departments run in accordance with hotel policy and along with guests and staff welfare, provide a personalised service at all times.

You will implement and carry out the continuous training of all hotel employees to achieve the highest degrees of competence to undertake their duties and through a passionate approach will champion the companies’ vision and values, promoting a professional and positive image at all times.

As part of the hotel management team you will also deputise in the absence of the General Manager.

To be considered for this position it is essential that you have previous experience in a forward facing customer service role. A strong administrator, you’ll be calm and methodical with good people and problem solving skills. Most of all, you’ll have the character and personality that is committed to and thoroughly enjoys chatting to guests, answering queries from guests, solving problems for guests and generally being available to ensure all of our guests have a great Neilson holiday.
