Premier Crew
You can use the premier crew service, This is like using a normal agency. We search through the candidates in our premier section, this section is not accessible by members and would normally contain experienced crew members who are looking to change jobs. This would probably be the best place to get those top hard to find crew. For this service we would interview wherever possible and check all references. The fee for this service would be one months salary of any candidate that you employed.
